Who leads when the machine is faster?
When a seasoned expert works alongside an AI agent that operates at lightning speed, the work gets done either way. The real question is whose judgment shaped the outcome. Left autonomous, the agent takes over by default, delivering polished outputs before a human can evaluate them, blurring the line between software generation and expert decision-making.
Speed is only half the issue; the quieter danger is atrophy. When teams default solely to machine execution, they risk sidelining the very qualities that push boundaries: human curiosity and creativity. Machine speed should handle the heavy lifting, freeing human intelligence to explore new possibilities and stay at the frontier of discovery. Responsible AI collaboration isn't just about efficiency; it's about protecting human judgment while amplifying our capacity to innovate.
Our mission
The AI follows the person's expertise, curiosity, and purpose, never the reverse. Domain knowledge decides what quality looks like. The expert determines which problems merit effort and where to look next. The machine can search and generate faster than any of us and will keep outgrowing us in what it knows, but it only amplifies the direction it is pointed. AI expands what a person can conceptualize, iterate, and deliver, and it absorbs the repetitive and data-intensive work so the expert can spend their attention on judgment, creativity, and strategy.
Who leads when the machine is faster is the same question in every field, so we work on the question rather than on one industry.
