Built to work with the government.
A federal buyer asks three things: are you registered, can you handle controlled information, and can you show it. The registration is below. The two assessments are in progress and say so. The showing is what the platform does all day: every action on one sealed record, with the person and the agent both named.

Registered to do business with the government
TEKIMAX is registered in the System for Award Management, which is where a federal buyer checks that a vendor exists and may be paid. The identifiers below are the ones on that record; the footer of every page carries the same.
- Entity: TEKIMAX Inc.
- Unique Entity ID: MKHHA23AJ9S8
- CAGE code: 7CCP2
- NAICS: 541511, 541512, 513210, 611430: custom programming, systems design, software publishing, and professional training

CMMC Level 2, in progress
Level 2 is the Department of Defense's bar for handling controlled unclassified information, assessed against the 110 practices of NIST SP 800-171. The assessment is in progress, and the platform was built for it before the assessment began: the practices about access, audit, configuration and system integrity are the same controls the product runs on every organization.
- Anything permanent waits for a named person, and the reason goes on the record with the approval
- Every action lands on one sealed record, the agent and the person both named, exported rather than assembled
- Nothing goes live without a recent scan on record, and a critical finding nobody cleared refuses it
- Models are from providers in the United States; models from makers named in the September 2026 federal advisory are not offered on any route
- An agent acts for one person, reaches no further than that person, and is stopped in one place

ISO/IEC 42001, in progress
The international standard for an AI management system: how an organization decides what its AI may do, watches it, and answers for it. Certification is in progress. The evidence it asks for is the playbook and the record: which AI is in use, what it may never do alone, who owns each agent, and the attestation of each control on a cadence, with a written reason, that expires.
- The playbook writes down the AI in use and the short list it may never do alone
- Controls are attested on a cadence, and an attestation that lapses shows
- Continuous monitoring of the controls runs on Vanta, so drift is seen when it happens rather than at the audit

A registered apprenticeship for the workforce
AI Solutions Specialist is a Registered Apprenticeship with the Department of Labor. For a contractor building a cleared or controlled workforce, that is a way to grow the people who will run the AI, on the contractor's own work, with hours and sign-offs that land on the same record the work does.
- TEKIMAX sponsors the programme, or provides the related instruction for one you sponsor
- Competency-based: an apprentice advances when a skill is signed off, not when a number of months has passed

Send us your contracting officer's questions before the review.
